Detailed itinerary
Day 1: Drive from Arusha to Serengeti National Park in Tanzania
Today will involve you traveling from Arusha to Serengeti National Park immediately after your cup of tea or coffee. Your experienced driver guide takes you through briefing and later, you set off via Karatu Area on the Great Rift Valley. Have a short stop at Ngorongoro Crater to capture incredible views of wildlife and scenic sceneries.
Connect to Serengeti National Park where you will have lunch at the lodge. After, go on an exciting game drive via the magnificent savannah of the Serengeti. This presents you an opportunity to sight zebras, leopards, elephants, cheetahs, birds, giraffes and others.
Day 2: Hot air balloon experience
Go enjoy your hot air balloon experience after briefing from the park guide. Today, you will have amazing view of sun risers on aerial view including leopards, topis, giraffes, cheetahs, waterbucks, warthogs, gazelles, colorful birds, jackals, wild dogs, lions, elephants, impalas and other small wildlife. After 2 hours of aerial view in Serengeti and bush breakfast, get back to the lodge for lunch in the afternoon.
After lunch, expect to engage in an afternoon calm game drive experience in a 4WD with an experienced guide. You will have clear views of wildlife that make Serengeti National Park one of the most favorite safari destinations in Africa. Refreshment and overnight at the booked lodge.
Day 3: Drive back to Arusha from Serengeti
Rise up for a leisurely breakfast and after, get back to Arusha with en-route game drive tour. If time allows, make a stop at Ngorongoro Crater (optional) and drop off at the airport later. This will mark the end of your 3 days Serengeti balloon safari.
